not knocking on BBP i have use him in the past and was pleased, but nothing is better than an in person street tune. i just happen to know a guy that's local in Breaux Bridge. let me know if i can help any.

Get him to adjust the A/F ratio. I got Justin to do a street tune for me when i had cold air and muffler and put down 286/301 in my 07 5.3. Stock tune it made 270/290.

Not his fault the straps stretched and he was leary about doing the pulls in 2nd gear to begin with. No need to bash the operator when the straps were the culprit...he had no time to react until it was aready on solid ground and had the pedal floored. Nothing/nobody was hurt and they got it right the second round.
