I thought they were from one of the bigger motors either; the ls1,ls6 or 6.0??? I didn't know they came on the 5.3s. Mine are #706s

my truck came stock with LS6 heads, 243 casting number see

I think all the NNBS trucks are coming with the LS6 #243 heads. I know my 4.8 liter did too.
