The flow numbers on those TEA stage 3s are absolutely insane! I wish they would post up comparison stock 243 flow numbers on their bench though. What intake do you plan on using Charlie?

Indeed they are
I am going to stay with the good ole truck manifold.I know a fast 90 or 102 flow more, but I want to be one of the few that still runs the truck manifold while running 11's in a 4 door.I do not think they are as bad as some may think.
Hell I am still using the stock airbox with a drop in foam filter.LOL

It will be quite interesting to see if you can do it in that big crewcab. I've been doing a lot of thinking about the manifold issue. Richard@WCCH did some testing on the L92 truck intake and LS3 intake both hooked up to a set of L92 heads which we know flow well over 300 CFM stock. The L92 intake only got around 250 CFM through the heads, whereas the LS3 intake managed 290ish CFM. That doesn't tell the story on the low end airflow and velocity that the truck intake can produce, but the top end airflow difference sure is striking. Now, how this relates to your setup....huge flowing heads, but severely limited by the intake manifold. I bet a swap to the NNBS 4.8/5.3 manifold would be a very beneficial swap for you. 007GMC saw 15 rwhp/18 rwtq on his stock cammed LQ4. Food for thought..

I would I would do an ls3 manifold over a L92 personally.
Honestly,it has 11's in it now with no reduction. The thing is getting to the ground,so I am getting new mickey thompson et drags on a 15 inch wheel,I have drums in the back so it will fit!!The slicks I have now have had it and are not sticking well anymore
But it has the in it as it sits now

I'm looking at the TEA heads and I don't see what the total intake port volume is after any of their portwork on the 243's.... For $1850 exhanged, you may be further ahead to sell your 243's for $500 or so and add the $1850 you were going to spend the $2400 or so on a nice set of AFR's or ET Performance heads. Or contact Bret Bauer at Bauer Racing and pick up a set of his T4P (thanks for playing) Dart 225CC heads. They'll whoop up over a set of the AFR 225 heads for just a wee bit more.
