Default 06 ALLum. block 5.3 Long tubes cam Dyno Numbers

Well I dont do a ton of reading on this stuff so im not sure how this is compared to other 5.3s out there. But its a 06 4x4 sierra with the 5.3 alluminum block. Has TSP 214/218 cam. Pacesetter long tubes. ASP underdirve crank pulley and GMPP Cold Air intake. Numbers were 303hp/315TQ.
Truck has 3:42s with 20inch "new style tahoe" wheels on it.

Let me know what you guys think

Why the huge dip in torque between 3&4K RPM? Too rich or lazy timing??? who did the tuning?

Thing rips on the fly. HUGE dogg out of the whole. Plan on tossing in a converter. I did a few pulls from a sign with my buddies 6.2 denali and it puts like 3 cars on me instantly but seems to get some steem to catch up at about 45mph.
