Default Vibration at 100 mph

Feels like u-joints/drive shaft are vibrating at 100-103 mph then stops as speed increases. Starts at the same speed when slowing down from 105+
what is this from and how to fix?

2010 sierra 2" shackles in the back and removed the 1 1/2" blocks. I though it might need a pinion shim but others have done it said it's not needed

some may and some may not. You can try 2* shims and see if it helps or worsens.

Which gears u have? I've found out that the one piece drive shaft in fact will do that especially after I swapped to 410s(the drive shaft having to spin faster)

The op has 3.73's.
I just got mine tuned and it did the same right after 100.
It's a 1 piece aluminum d/s and truck is leveled 2" in front.
