Default traction question

what would be the best cost effective to increasethe traction in the rear for a 90 dodge dakota and if possible the part name and location to get or a website that describes how to build or modify it

Traction bars; cal-tracs if they make them for it. Keeps leaf spring wind up to a minimum.
