Woohoo!!! Hit 14's tonight!

Threw a 70 shot on the truck and hit the track tonight. 77*, good weather. Mixture was pretty rich, and I don't have any traction now. My best run was...
R/T .250(must have been asleep)
60ft 2.342
330 6.403
1/8th 9.639
mph 76.278
1/4 14.832
mph 95.158
I'm pretty happy. I was almost out of gas, so I called it a night. I know I could have hit 14.7's with a little more practice. Slicks would be very helpfull too. I was actually keeping with or slightly beating quite a few cars (mustangs, camaros) until I would throw out the anchor (3rd gear).
BTW- it's an 01 ECSB 5.3 with a K&N kit, shift kit and servo.

Sweet man, Im itching really bad to go to the 1/4 track... with the mods in my sig it pulls very good to be almost a stock truck.
I have almost everthing run for my nitrous, just have to wire it up and hook the bottle up and ill be ready to goooooo.
BTW how are you spraying? Window switch, button? and what size jets you running?
I have 75hp and 100hp jets.. spraying through shifts?

Heres the rest of the slips...I'm car 145

I'm spraying off a full throttle with a momentary. .042(N), .024(F) wayyy rich
At first, I let off the gas between shifts, then I made a run spraying through it. No hard jolts, it didn't slip at all, and I got my best times that way. I was suprised, as I used to spray on my scirocco, and It would throw you into the back seat(small car, small engine), but the truck just kind of putted along. When I saw my mph went up almost 10, I almost **** my pants. I could barely feel a difference between spraying and not. I'm from north of sacramento, so I was lucky I had as good as weather as I did last night.

once a month on saturdays they have the grudefest, which is hit or miss for 35 bucks. Last night was great...There was only 10-12 people there! My last run was just me b/c noone else was waiting in line. The test and tunes are alright, they are usually pretty packed, unless you go early or late in the season, or hit up one of the 100 dollar ones. Wednesday nights are cool, 15 dollar brackets. Usually kind of crowded, but well worth $15.
Oh, and n/m the dates in the corners....I don't know how to change that on my camera.
