hmmm im not sure it weighs. maybe around 5k? its prob about 100lb over stock once it goes to the track. std cab long bed not many options in the cab.

 

I don't know about my big truck, but if I manage to get my RCSB together this year, then 11's shouldn't be a problem.

Just a lil turbo 5.3 with a "stock48" cam, 80e, 3600 Yank, hopefully running on E85. Plan to attempt tuning it myself, so we'll see how that goes.

I'm gonna get there too! I've got a new kit on the truck that I built to run the current T72bb, a TC76bb and a bw s480 t4, plus I got spray on the truck with up to 150shot!! I'm gonna get thrown out of a track or blow the thing up trying! I've got a fresh 6hoe in waiting it she goes boom!

 

Put it on the scales if you ever get a chance. Helps you know where you stand. I was surprised at how heavy my pig is.

At 5K, I think the 4.8 can get it done with the 13 psi, if your ballsy enough to get greedy with the nitrous.

 

Im shooting for 11's in my Yukon Denali. I got pretty close last time out at the track with a 12.3 @ 109 with 90 degree temps at the track. I think I'll hit 11's with a couple more tweaks this summer.

 

zachm89 should be searching for 11s! He get 12.01 or something like that last time we had a dallas raceway track meet, very disappointing, im sure 11s all throughout winter and fall

 

Hope you have better luck than me.. I have a lil turbo 5.3 with similar setup and im struggling for an 11 i think my biggest problem is my SUPER SAFE mailorder tune and the 100 degree damn days
