a 9.5 is about 14.7-14.8. My crew cab bolt on 5.3 and 4.56s went 9.54 at 74.8 and 14.80 at 93, so im just comparing here. with the extra mods i dont see why you couldnt get a 14.4 to 14.5.

my truck stock went 16.3 at 87, i had superchips/shortie headers/flowmaster/shiftkit/servo and 4.56s on 20's and it dropped to a 14.8. and it took a whole lot more to go another 2 seconds faster haha.

This is tucson, DA will probably be in the 4000s. That costs probably 1 second compared to sea level. I'll predict mid to high 15s

14.92sec is the time for that 1/8
14.4-14.6 is probably what you're gonna be hitting.

Thats a great time with no headers and a programmer like that. I think I see 14.0-13.9 in your future. Since you already have a programmer (even though they suck, they do help a little) the difference wont be as drastic as coming from stock. I'm guessing you have already bumped your shift points up right? Thats where I think you gain most from a programmer like a superchip.
