For any headers to fit with an 80e you have to trim that ear off the passenger side.

Let me clarify, I had to trim more of the ear off with the Kooks over the Pacesetters they replaced.

Did you pick up any power from the swap in headers ?

I have the Stainless Steel Works 1-7/8
My truck is a 3/4 ton with an 80e

No trimming anything or cutting anything. They drop right in with no rubbing or any issues.

I have true duals to the stock muffler. Camaro Zach used the stock y-pipe cut it to make a custom cross over, works great !

Seat of the pants, I noticed a big increase in midrange torque on the street. Using empirical data, I picked up a couple mph in the 1/8th but made 60' worse due to lack of traction. Granted this was also with a full exhaust change going from single 3" to single 4".
