Default What 1/4 times can I expect with this setup?

First of all what is the stock 1/4 times for a Sierra Denali? I guesstimate mid 15's, but haven't been able to validate that.

What can I expect from this setup.

LQ4 with vararam vr-6, hypertech, comp 220/230 with ls1 heads milled to ls6 chamber size with thinner head gasket, and 90mm throttlebody. I'm estimating 10.25-10.5 compression.

guessing 400-415 hp and 450-465 tq.

what do you think?

Stock 14.9-15.2. You should have a LQ9 if I am not mistaken. I would guess 330RWHP. Mid 14's

Stock about a 14.9-15.2 like said above.
You cannot get a cam of the size you are wanting to put in the truck to run on a hypertech though. It's gonna take a real tune to make it run.
With the minor mods you have and a cam you might make 330 to the wheels.
I'd say high 13's low 14's myself.

Comp Cams told me just a handheld programmer. I don't know of anyone in Socal that does AWD tuning. Any ideas on this one? I have an LQ4 not LQ9, only the SS has the LQ9. The pistons on mine are dished for lower compression, hence the milled heads, and thinner gaskets. I was hoping for low 14's to be close to most quick cars on the road.

How about some long tubes? Would that put her over the 400 crank mark? The reason I went with the 220/230 setup was because it scavenges exhaust better on vehicles with stock exhaust systems. It would still benefit from better flowing exhaust though.

No your not gonna break the 400 mark even still. You can get low 14's with that setup but your gonna ahve a tough time breaking the 400 mark.
The truck intakes are very restrictive and casue it be hard to get that much from em.

I was under the understanding that the truck intake flows about as well as an ls1 but has longer intake runners providing less top end but more low end. I'm also raising redline to 6200 rpm. Would I be better off with an ls1 intake? I thought the truck intake would provide a little better acceleration.

I might even consider doing the Fast LSX intake and stealing the intake off my z06, as the ls6 flows even better than an ls2.

Are there different intakes on the trucks?

You can do the LS6 intake that one flows much better than both. But you have to do some work to make it work.Gotta change fuel setups etc etc. It's not a easy bolt on mod basically.
The truck intake flows good lowend and decent mid range but tops out around 5800-6100 or so. The norm with a truck intake doesn't break 400hp with a NA setup.

That sucks. oh well my budget was $1500 for performance, so whatever I can get with that is whatever I can get with that. Thanks for the help.

The Brett says: "Four-teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeens" (with the little crackling noise in the background after pulling the string and pointing the arrow at the Denali. I guess 14.3 to 14.8 with decent driving, thats what DragStrip2000 says too.
