Well that is not very intelligent.... No offense.... You spend a ton of money on the 6.2, heads, a nice TC, and you don't add a $100 tranny cooler....

Is this a 60e or 80e? You might need to back down the MPH shift point... BTW what rpm are you shifting?

does it shift normal or does it hit the rev limiter???? make up your mind. it can shift normal under light acceleration and slam the limiter at WOT due to slipping clutches. i give your transmission another 2 months or so depending on how you drive it.

stock suspension and just doing 1500 rpm stall..........it do shift but not at WOT o ans my shift point is 6450

You can command the shift much lower (5500RPM) for example,it still hits the rev limiter.
The PCM commands 3rd gear shift at WOT,but it does not happen.
Tried everything to get to shift at WOT but still hits the rev limiter.
Put the stock tranny setting and still does the same thing.

So that would make it a mechanical issue right? What year truck is it?

yea i know charlie i think is the cooling cause last saturday it was kinda cool and it shift to third like nothing on D and you know it normally dont do that...........
