well i decided to take the truck out to 1/8 mile with the new hoosiers on

first and only pass went like this on a 150 shot.

truck still look like it spun but it is definately working. i will be putting caltracs on this week because it bounces alot so im hoping to run some 7.30's maybe in the winter i can get some low 7's and im planning to run 200 all the way up to 300 once the winter comes!

i was running an et street before these hoosier full slick and the best i got with the et was a 1.74 so the hoosiers are dam good.

The Hoosiers didn't do much for me ! 1.54 on Hoosiers, 1.57 on 4 year old, wore out, ET Streets. Go figure

thanks pit. your truck inspired me to put my 16' stockers back on with a mt drag radial. caltracs and qa-1's should be here shortly! i know it needs it because it bounces everywere!!

 

THANKS BRO. im looking for that 6.999 in the winter with my new suspension upgrades,upgrading from a stock truck intake to a EDELBROCK PRO FLO,add some more nitrous and see how she does. if this motor blows thats just a better reason for me to go bigger but this 5.3 opnly has 89k on it and i keep her on the safe side!
