You had one tune . . . loved/liked it . . .
then you got a new tune said that it was a million times better . . . only to have the "new" tuner come on and say that if something happens to the engine while you're running it . . . who's to blame if there's an issue ?

I'm guessing liability reasons . . .

dont recall him ever saying he liked it, he mentioned he had problems with it, hitting the rev limiter blah blah blah, personally i would have went back to charlie and talked it over with him, charlie's a nice enough guy to look at the tune and to see if he may have made a mistake or something, ( which i doubt ) but appearantly he never gave charlie a chance nor did he talk to him about it.
then he goes to flaco, ( mind you charlie tune is locked ) laBB bought another ecm for flaco to tune it. thus flaco saying nothing was never changed in the previous tune cause he couldnt, it was locked.
alot of tuners know there liability of limits, thus keeping them from blowing an engine or trans? hopefully lol

LBB, you should step away from the keyboard for a while. You're not doing yourself any favors by posting how you do. I'm not intentionally being an ******* or a dick but, when you post things like you do, you open the floodgates. The next thing you need to post is a TIMESLIP... And save yourself the grief of everyone's replies...
As for the drama statement by Charlie (if that's indeed what he said) I don't blame him
