mines a manual. the best i ever did was a 1.97 60'. i would have had a great run but i missed 3rd. ive never been able to get under 2.06 since then. i guess it was just a lucky launch. if i were you, i would retard the timing about 5 degrees til 1000 rpm then advance the timing back at 1100rpm. launch at 1000 rpm and see how it feels. getting your rpms a lil higher on your launch will help you get through the 60' faster. the reason for retarding the timing til 1000 rpm's is so you dont spin. then advancing the timing at 1100rpms will give you your power back and you wont spin cuz your tires are already moving. i worked for a friend of mine who had an 05GTO with a supercharger. but he retarded his timing til 1500 rpm and advance the timing back at 1600 rpm. he pulled a 1.6 60' foot with only drag radials. so apparently it works.
