Give the truck a little spray down before the trip and it makes it even easier.

Definitely the easiest way! I would too, but I just got a new paint job and don't want to ruin it.

I hear Ya...lol. Honestly my truck is pretty cherry so I try to keep it clean. At least in my case all I do is put a good wax job on it a couple times a year and the rubber sprays right off with the power washer.
