Time to take it apart...my 11 second queen!
So another 5 hour round trip, one of my many, to claim more 11 second passes. Even brought my good luck charm tonight on our two year anniversary. ( I know i'm romanic)
Anyways, got the trans brake finally installed, turn the boost to around 17-18 and hoped for the best. First was a light two-step at 3100 to op's check it, cut a weak 1.79 and blew a intercooler coupler in second gear. Also marked the tires and the rim is spinning inside the hoosier even on light launches.
After a long track clean up, it was 11pm and my last run. Turned the two step up to 3700, but something didn't workout right as it held on the trans brake but no two step. Launched at 4200 and 17psi lol. That was a hit, poor 10 bolt, but a 1.64 as the rear end unloaded and off she went.
Then my true problem and curse for my 10 second quest, even with the new TC, now my damn built 4l80e is for sure slipping. Logs show 6300RPMS in 3rd gear at 89mph. Fu**. I even had to shift to 4th in the 1/4 as it caught me off guard bouncing off 6400rpms before the traps doing only 110. ET was 11.7, about .5 off pace.
Not sure who's getting the trans to work it over this time, but its currently a built CKperformance transmission rated at 1000hp/900TQ.
Couple shots and video from the night.. The GTO I ran was said to be a heads/cam car, not sure what else it had.

Damn good looking wife and event cooler that she is willing to go to the track! I would love if my girl friend gave a damn I was going to the track let alone came once just to make me happy.

17-18#, wonder if that's a record on boost abuse on PT.
Track stays open til 11PM, you're lucky. We can get 9:30PM at most, closes @ 10PM.
Like Spoolin said, more pics of your honey & less of you!! She's fine & she supports your hobby? Goes to track on hers (yours too) anniversary? Keep that one.
G/L on 80E getting fixed.
On my older truck, I heard my built 60E was good for 9 sec. Camaros. It broke, but a tired 10 bolt may've lead to its' early demise. Tally: 1 163k stock 700r4, 2 built 60E's. Weight sure doesn't help me @ ~4500-5000#.
Anyway, what's done to your 10 bolt to make it live? Truetrac or Eaton or ?

What's w/. the GTO vid? It's not even in vid for most of run.
