yeah they didn't say anything to anybody i don't think i know i should have had a cage and definitely casey.

 

I am planning it to be a little earlier next year. It will be mid November. Stay tuned for the nailed down date on that. The attendance for stuff like this is always going to be like that. If 200 people say they are coming, you'll be lucky to get 130. just the way it is. I had a lot of guys break or have major issues within the weeks leading up to the event. It was also the same weekend as PRI so that affected it some. Next year that stuff won't be an issue as it's already been addressed.

We are planning on having a Friday night TnT and then run the event Saturday with Sunday as a rain date next year.

Do we have any solid numbers on the number of trucks that attended and ran? I know not all the trucks that were there running entered into the shootout classes.

For next year, a Friday night TNT, Saturday solo Event and afterparty at the track would be awesome. I am looking forward to some solid details for next year.

The truck really is my street/play truck. I dont DD it because I have 2 other trucks, but it see's a lot of street miles.

No it does not have a cage; it has all the other safety equipment and SFI parts just short the bars. It will have them before it goes down the 1/4 again.

 

You know what would be cool is to have a list of the trucks that ran, and their best time of the day.

 

i pulled my best time this weekend...12.3 @109...that was worth the trip for me, along with seeing all of the other sweet trucks and meeting some cool guys...pulled together a few pics of my ride and will get a pic of the trophy when i get a chance, it looks pretty cool

Basick, will hop is what caused the axle to break. Need to correct that and you wi8ll be fine. Where did you get the new axle from that fast on saturday?

I was surprised they were as slack as they were with the rules at SGMP. I saw one truck with a passenger run a mid 12 and neither of the guys had helmets on. I had always heard they were really strict about enforcing the rules.
