Default Suspension questions

To start with I want it to be clear I'm just in this for the fun, not to win for be top of the line on things.
2008 2500hd chevy 2wd, 900whp, I'm having obvious traction issues with my hp amount and before spring want it all changed up. Mostly street toy fun with a few trips to the track. Questions/ things I'm doing and want input on are. .
1. Ditch torsion bars and go to coils up front, found the thread on here that the guy did it pretty cheap, he seemed happy I'm going to try it. Not sure on coil spring weight or length, his was a 1500hd.
2. Ditch the sway bar, seems heavy and not really needed, threads on here are hit and miss with it, strait line truck though not gonna race in corners.
3. Ditch a few leafs or go to mono split leaf if they can make them for this truck. Not sure how many leafs to take out if anyone has help there it would be great.
4. Need better upper control arms....But everything tubular that will clear a coil says for lifted truck, can I put one for a lifted truck on and run it at stock hieght/ slightly lower.
5. Adjustable shocks and cal-tracs are already on
6. Can I get a 15 inch wheel on the rear or not a chance.
7. Thanks

I had asked them and they said they have nothing. I would think if the length of it is the same it wouldn't matter much
