Took my truck to the track for the first time tonight. I was pleased. Second pass, I lined up with a 2007 Z06. I had him through every trap until the end. I was asleep at the tree. I cut a .39 to his .29. He went 8.1169 to my 8.1172.
That is enough to break your heart. The guy wouldn't even talk to me afterwords and everybody was excited almost as much as I was. Oh yeah, its only 1/8th mile. I think I still have a little left though cause that was on the waste gate at 7lbs and when I get my bov, I'll run 10lbs. But as it goes, I hate losing but a 30 thousand dollar truck against a 80 thousand dollar car. I'm pleased.

given the proper driver mod, you truck wouldnt of been close. but congrats tho

I do know that the race should not have even been remotely close given the proper driver. But the fact remains that everyone saw it and going down the track, it was the look in that guy's eyes that told the whole story. I was just pleased at how my truck actually ran.

great job!!! their are alot of truck here given the right driver they would be faster but you drove yours and he drove his and almost lost.
