Skeet's N/A passes at Pine Valley Raceway

David and myself made a flying trip to Diboll, TX this afternoon with hopes to take advantage of the good weather. Got there a few minutes before 5pm threw thr truck off the trailer and got tech'd in.
The track prep was ok at best but it was cold and they only had a handful of bikes across it every so often so the track was not hooking worth a damn, the groove was only one tire width wide and went away fast.
First pass, white tire smoke about 100ft out of the gate
Lowered air pressure, BIG burnout and I lined him up in the good rubber... Here's how it went.

1/8---- 7.4988 @ 92.25mph
1/4---- 11.7938 @ 114.71mph
Next pass:
60'---- 1.6971
330'--- 4.8836
1/8---- 7.5277 @ 92.40mph
1/4---- 11.8305 @ 114.45mph
It was 49deg, 7mph tail wind, 51% humidity and the DA was around -610ish I believe. Good weather for good times but the track wasn't where it needed to be at all.
And let me tell everyone, I ended uphaving to drive this truck about 35miles after we had a trailer blowout FUBAR, and it is VERY much a street truck. Extremely civilized, even with the slicks/skinnies, big cam/heads/intake and the big stall... He's put together one hell of a combo
hats off bro. There's no reason why this thing shouldn't go solid 11.5's (or faster) and be perfectly streetable.

track was ok? **** i should have let you take a run down the 1320, then tell me if it was ok, there was NO prep, but i wont sit here and type excuses, i enjoyed the fast trip, lol they changed the time on us from 5pm to 9 pm or something like that, we get 45 minutes out the way i blow the guys phone up cause i couldnt understand his recording on track times, come to find out they were closing at 5pm i told the old man i was driving over 100 miles
and i was determined to make one pass lmao!! they gave us 45 minutes, could do any fine tuning so we just ran 4 quick back to back laps, the time posted was on the second pass

next mod coming up is a gear swap, gotta get the truck into the upper rpm range with the power is

the launch felt really solid

i'll see mid 11's which is my goal for this setup, i say its doing a pretty damn good job for being on a stock short block,

i'll probably be seeing a forged 403 by end of year,
