Default Regular cab drag setup questions

My truck has 2000 model everything except 2" shackles and spring clamps.

1. How much drop would adding v6 front springs give me? Good idea or not?

2. Thinking about summit sum g7600 adj shocks. good start???

*caltracs out of the budget for now*

Build you some bars! you can build them for under 100 bucks if you can get a good deal on steel! hell even some universal traction bars would help you for now

i had nothing but shackles, monroe 11.99 shocks, and mt et streets 28x10.5x16 and cut consistent 1.6 60ft and couple of 1.5s. that was a 4.8 spraying 150 out of the hole.

just make sure you have good tires that are warm with the right air pressure.

The Hoosier drag radial came today. They are fresh, huge, and sticky. I have considered fabbing some long bars or adding some 90/10 front shocks.

You 1.5 60 ft guys make sure to come to the shootout in Nov. and show me how its done.

If they stand that tall , I guess they won't provide the compressed pressure to help lift the front end on a drag launch like I am looking for.

Looking to build a CHEAP drag setup...
