That's right kids, the two wheel drive crew has hit the 11's. This has been a long road getting there and I have to send a huge thanks to my family and friends who helped me get there. Thanks John Kennedy for believing that we could get the 2WD diesel pig into the 11s and for all the tweaks to make it happen. The Suncoast V did exactly what I wanted, the new Velocity converter really runs sweet. I gotta give a shout out to David Dunbar for all the dyno tuning over the last few years to dial the truck in right.

The SEMC track day was great. The weather was perfect and the track was running really well. There were 8 and 9 second Grand Nationals tearing it up there today too.

let me start out by saying congrats on the 11sec pass. next, that vid was awesome! i actually liked the in-cab video and how you could here over the radio that you won and your time. time to change your title to "11 sec truck moderater".

 

Congrats and welcome to the 11 sec club Brandon. Awesome video. I loved the reaction you had in the truck when you heard your time. How much were you spraying?

 

A .100 jet pre-intercooler and a .50 jet on the main intake. We hit 40 psi of boost pressure on the run. It was cool actually seeing what the boost does since I never watch it at the track.

I'm surprised you could hear the annoucer on the radio. I hear him fine around the tower. At the end of the track all I hear is bleed over from some country station. I have to wait for the time slip before I can scream like that.
