I'm running the truck in a local street car race on Saturday 10/21. There's three classes...I'm running in the slowest class, the "street" class. We're starting the cruise on the north side of Jacksonville and making the 2-2.5hr trip to the track with no stops! It's going to be a blast. I can't wait!

 

What route are yall taking ? I imagine your speaking of douglas!? I hope to see you there. Who all is coming from Jax? Sounds cool, we don't see many event round these parts.

 

We're meeting up on the northside of Jacksonville and heading up US1 to 82 to 158.

 

I may have to make the drive to come spectate...we shall see.

I'm not 100% sure. The Street Class peeps are getting there around 3, and then we still have to register and all that jazz. I would guess racing will start around 4 or 5?

 

Had a great day at the track! Douglas is really a nice facility, except for the damn bugs!

The truck was really working great with the Formato tune. I couldn't believe it was running so close to it's best ever in MUCH worse conditions. Come on cooler weather!

I ended up making it to the finals in the street class. My last pass was against a good friend of mine w/ a H+C+spray WS6 that runs 10's. I was surprised that he didn't pull more than about 2-3 cars on me by the end of the 1/8th. My best time was a 7.50 @ 96mph, which is my best 1/8th MPH ever, and I had my 2nd best 60' ever with another 1.73. All in all, a good day. I know some Jacksonville guys are talking about making the next T&T in Valdosta on 11/11. We should get some trucks there and have a mini GTG!

Nice truck....we ended up in Mcrae for a whole lot longer than expected and kinda didnt make it in time. I'll check my calendar for the 11/11. I'd really like to meet some of yall and WAS looking forward to seeing your truck run Scream!
