Default New Times To Report

I went to HRP tonight and set a new personal best. This was with the stock 20" wheels and tires on the truck. Weather was good and I managed to hook pretty good a couple of times.

60' - 2.064 sec
1/8 - 8.912 sec @ 79.61 mph
1/4 - 13.91 sec @ 96.47 mph

How much did you strip it? From previous posts, it seems like you got CAI, 160 stat, e-fans, Thorleys, High flow cats, FloPro HD, Nelson tune, and spring clamps. That is very impressive.

Thanks guys. Don't forget the "headlight removal mod". Thats the complete list. I stripped off the tailgate, rear seat, and spare which is about 175 lbs total. Temp was 48-49 degrees. Wind was around 10 mph and almost in our face. Track prep was pretty good, except a lot of water was being dragged through the box and was not evaporating due to the cool temperature. It was hard for me to stay out of it. I only hooked on 3 of my 6 runs. Once these Goodyears get wet you can hang it up.

On the 3 runs I did hook I ran 14.03 with a passenger, a 13.98 launching around 1000 rpms, and the 13.91 launching around 1400 rpms. I'm surprised it stuck. I was racing a Lightning and he smoked me by about 3 truck lengths. Man, they pull hard up top.
