I havent been to the track in over a year... or when I got my 20's and rebuilt tranny, tb tc... got 16.2s etc... 3.0 60fts

Best time all and all ever before last night was a 15.9 @ 87.xx mph on my old set up (nelson tune, flowmaster delta 50, 8.5 wires, ls1 fans, nelson harness, ebay intake, tb spacer, 33 a/ts, and some tranny mods)

Current mods: Magnaflow muffler 3'' in 3'' out, magnaflow high-flow cats upgraded piping size as well, built tranny, tb tc, brute force intake, 8.5 wires, asp pulleys, ls1 fans, nelson harness, and alot of weight reduction...

Well as of last night I broke a new record for the truck... 1st run I had a crap load of wheel hop. Sounded almost like I broke the output shaft again... Let off on the gas then gased it again then took off rather nicely...

reved to about 1500rpms

Ran a 2007 gmc denali nnbs he had 24's or 26's... He said he ran a 15.7 his 1st run... Well he wanted to put 20 dollars on the line but ya... I knew better then that... SO I THOUGHT... he did a 15.7 AGAIN

Launched it 4hi this time waited till it shifted then threw it back into 2wd. reved to about 1800ish rpms

well lets just say much better time this time...

i ran a 10.2 1/8th with CAI and exhaust
I added a tune, LTs no cats, and a shaner tb, and im at 9.7s now

 

Cam, LT's, 3k stall, and gears are the order im going in...

What do yall think of the cam?
