What made you decide to go with a converter again? With some stickies and even a mild converter you should be well into the 12s. Not bad for a non stripped down tank. Any plans for a different cam like you talked about a while back? Congrats on the times.

E.T wise a smaller cam would do better, but why fight trying to sell the cam and then have to redyno the truck and just waste money on that? a converter is mainly for the brakes, with this cam and tight converter the truck is trying to push through the converter. it gets pretty annoying in stop in go traffic. on DRs i know i have a 12.8-12.9 pass but id like to see how it'd run on a 10.5" 3200 converter. i also want to upgrade the flexplate again, with so many stock ones breaking im a little nervous with this one.

thats fine, i didnt change anything other than the way the transmission shifts. Area47 and I put the TM back in it and adjusted from there. i love the way the truck shifts at part throttle
no more neck breaking shifts and spinning the tires on the shifts!lets rematch anytime you want! i'll never E.T what you run but thats ok...ill pick you up on the street

Must of had some really good DA on the first two passes.
I'm sure with a converter & tires it would be a good heads up drag races. as long as you don't get caught sleeping at the light.
