Ran a new best friday night.....also got to weigh the truck finally. 5360lbs with me in it.
60ft= 1.95 (4wd flashing the converter)
1/4=14.7
mph= 90

A cam will wake it up fro sure !!
We ran a little 224 cam and bolted on some used 243 heads (Zo6 heads) on our 5.3 and it really woke it up. Ran a best of 12.88 with that setup.

Damn! Wheel size and tire diameter?
Best i ever did was 15.03 with the stock 265/70/17's even with cam and shortys.

18" Billet Specialties...285/60/18; Cam is next....want to be in the 13 second club bad! Hopefully after the cam and some minor things like e-fans ill be there!

He forgot to mention that night there was a pretty strong head wind.... and he never even got to try a 2wd launch....

Maybe next time he will get more than 2 runs in...

im pretty sure you'll get there... seems like you still need cam, e-fans & UD pulley.... that should definatley put you in the 13's...
