Tex...why not run a 4L80e with the TH400 low-gear pack in it ??...You still get the bullet proof tranny AND you get an OD as well. This is the way I'm gonna go when I get my new tranny from FLT next year, it's only about $400 extra for the conversion and you can choose between a couple of different first gear ratios (3.08 and 3.41 I think but don't quote me on that)
