Was it the truck 4 bolt tb or the car tb? A ton of boosted people had issues with the truck tb bc the spring wasnt strong enough. Just an idea

It is a truck TB. I wasn't 100% sure it was the TB, figured it could also be the x-link. I plan to just try another TB, i'll be sure to get a car one this go-around. Thanks for the info.

Congrats man ... hard work is paying off you have the 9s in the bag ... if I were you get you a set of good flowing heads, bump the compression a tiny bit and shoot for 9s all boost ... good luck regardless your truck is moving

congrats man! thats crazy! If I can lend some advice, Get a LS3/l99 etc TB, not the LS2 TB. I researched this a lot when I swapped the intake on my old truck. The LS3 flows/opens the same way the truck TB does, and will not cause turbulence issues like the LS2 TB. The xlink works the same with both the ls3 and truck, and with the ls2 you have to cut a wire on the xlink.

Thanks for the info man. Since it's such a simple swap, I may do a back to back, stock 3 bolt TB to LS3 TB on a TBSS intake dyno. Be nice to have the data out there for or against to show where your $ is going on a FI setup.

Only work reds been doing is taking out single ladies on dates.

First Response: Wow, your trucks kind of loud.
My Response: Yah, it's kind of a go fast thing.

Second: Ow ok, well show me.
Response: Lets wait for a highway.

Any who, no tracks are open yet. I am going to dyno this weekend.
