Default mid 10's ???????

Hope I'm posting this in the right section..
But I'm wanting to get my truck down to run consistent mid 10's . So I was wondering about how much power it takes in a 99 gmc rcsb step side truck to achieve those times.
I know it's hard to say a exact power level but just a ball park that I know I need to get my truck into . Thank you for any advice that can be given.
