Default A little better

Previously the best i could do was a 15.122 at 93.14mph with a 2.33 60'

I ran 3 times tonight, first 2 runs were about the same
15.199/15.135 @ 93.49&94.13 mph 2.367/2.37 60's

3rd and last run got me

60' 2.262
330' 6.353
1/8 9.758 @ 72.84
1/4 15.031 @ 94.01 Damn it!! Almost made 14's

I'm pretty ok with the numbers as my fuel tank was like 5/8 full compared to below 1/4 last time.
What do i need to do to drop my 60'????? Jeez, I launched good in 4wd and dont think I lost any traction.

Thank you,
Should'nt I be doing something in the mid to low 14's with a 94 mph trap speed?
I launched in 4hi, shifted to 2nd around 60' and held 2nd all the way down, rpm's going over 6000 @ about 90 mph.

What's in the #'s?

are you running the 3k stall? if so something must be wrong with it to be pulling those 60'. i was pulling that easy on a stock stall, 3.42's one wheel.

What could be wrong ?
It seems to flash to around 3000 and brake stalls about 2700?
I'll have to double check that. What should it be doing?
Don't forget I have an extended cab and weigh in at over 5350lbs @ 1/4 tank and was over at 1/2 last night.
Tire size matter? Stock tires are 31.7" (265/70/17's) and are also all terrain bridgestones. Maybe smaller tires?

Bill, great mph. I was running 14.40's at 95 mph when i first got my supercharger.

Those 60's are killing you. The power is there. I dont see why you cant cut at least a 2.0 with your stall and a 4wd. After the converter flashes, what is the truck doing? Bogging?

2/10's in the 60" should net you a around a 14.7-14.8 which is a very respectable time at your race weight.

How was the headwind wind last night?

I didn't want to talk about the wind....It was pushing off my rear left fender at 10 knots....not hurting my time, that's fer sure.

I dont feel it bogging as much if any like before but i am certainly lacking in the low end. That's why i was thinking of smaller tires, rather than re-gearing for a little more low end without cutting the top too much?

what are you brake stalling to on the line. your 60' should be great with the 3000 stall and 4wd. im guessing this is at full weight to?

i have a stock stall, 4.56 gears, 32" tires and a 5400lb race weight and pull off a 2.0 60ft time, and 14.2@95mph. Something isnt working for you.

Agreed.
First run stalled to 1000 second 1500, 3rd about 2000rpms?
I am new at this, i am sure someone with more experience could do a little better. What would you suggest i stall to?

Edit: 4.56 would help, i'm 3.73, that's why i think smaller tires?
