Light weight 16x10 or 16x? wheel that tucks
#1
I've been running a set of 28x11.5-16 ET Streets on stock 16x7 wheels. I know this isn't the recommended wheel width for these tires, and it's provided for a few scary rides.
I don't really want to mess with converting to 5-lug ATM and I don't really want to grind the **** out of my calipers. So that leaves me with 16" wheels.
Who is running what? Who has light weight 16x8's, 16x9.5's or 16x10's that actually tuck? I can't find any aluminum wheels that are wide that aren't for lifted trucks.
Bogarts are a last resort.

I bought some of a member here, I am pretty sure they are 16x8, don't look bad. I am running or was running the same size slick. I think they are american racing, the wheel, rim combo is prettu light... Or you could consider bogarts $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

bogarts will be the only 16x10 that will tuck, i know a few members from the valley use the exact same wheel (centerline) that pitmann posted and are cutting some nice 60' with them..

From the 1/8th on the *** end sways real bad and it feels like its wandering. I've checked the housing for squarness. I'm thinking its the fact that the tires are on a narrow wheel. I've played with the pressure, and nothing seemed to help. I don't have a tube in them, but I doubt that would help.
I might just have to save my pennies for some bogarts.
I'm really amazed at how little wheel companies actually do when it comes to manufacturing. I mean they make no effort to get off thier asses and run a few wheels with a different offset. The only companies that will do it or billet wheel companies and even then they're not light and they won't make a skinny 6-lug front runner to match.
