That really took me back especially when flames consumed the whole car.I hope he made it out ok.Thanks for posting this I'm gonna at least keep a fire extinguisher in my car from now on.

Damn thats shitty.. Says he is ok.. Looks like the axle broke, but the comments says fluid puked out from the car..

That's why I'd never build a drag car and put the fuel cell in the front of the car...

 

thats the track i run index races at. this happend last sunday, and the driver is fine. the right lane is known for being slick, but not usually until the finish line. i dont think this was the tracks fault though. atleast he gets a cool video out of it right? lol

 

We always laugh at and complain about the safety stuff...this is a great reminder of just why it is enforced.
