Did you get the Chrysler puller? It works better on our pulleys.

Post #43 and also look at what he did with the belt in the picture in post #41, wrapped it around so that the pulley wouldn't budge.

They fit perfect and the bolt is thick so it won't bend.

Well of course I ended up snapping off the puller bolt. There's $32 down the *******.

On the little picture for rentable tools at AutoZone they had 2 pullers, the one I got and then another one which had a hand handle at the end of it. Neither of them looked very beefy.

Is this the one you guys are using?

Damn, yeah, that looks about right. Nice and beefy. I'll have to call up autozone and see if they have that available for rent. Thanks. EDIT: called and they have 2 in stock.

The OTC Chrysler/GM puller is the best way to go, that puller was intended for our engines...I have it in my tool box

really? I might need to use that...when I'm in Jersey.
Got a P/N on that OTC, Billy? I saw in link DLT posted it was $70, so I'd think that was to buy not rent. Cause if that's rent, buyin would be worth it.

I mean in case I need to do a cam. For a friend, of course.

Yeah, that's the buy price. But, if you just want to rent it, you pay the $70 then get it back when you return the tool. Unfortunately for me, I broke the puller I got from them, so I cant get my money back. Oh well.
