Just wanting to get some speculation on what this thing might run this weekend.... I know, I know...

Ill be going to HRP Friday night to see what it will do since the turbo install.

Mods going in this week:

Long bars
28" Hoosiers
Manual boost controller
Catch can lol

This thing made 460rwhp and about 475rwtq on 6psi. It will be weighing in at roughly 4K, ill be working on weight reduction this week.

Basic mods are:
5.3L
Custom cam
T70 intercooled turbo @ 6psi
Yank SS3600
FLT trans
3.73s


It used to run 13.1-2 on motor dynoing right at 300rwhp

I'm hoping for an 11.xx if it will hook up, have the laptop and boost controller on standby if it doesn't go hahaha.

Ok, so NA it ran 13.x? and now turbo with 6lbs? Is that right? 11.97@111

 

If you can get it too launch and leave with boost you will see low 11's

 

Yeah, Bill, the best it had been on motor was 13.0 @ 103, but was more consistantly at about in the high 13.teens.

LOW 11 Kev???? Geez, ill have the slicks and rims tomorrow, I think I might be able to leave with 2-3lbs or so with slicks, on street tires, it starts turning the tires over at about 1.5psi..

I'm going to try it that way, and just leaving at about 1100rpms or so and rolling into it, and see which it likes better. It doesn't take long to make boost with this converter.
