those are fairly LARGE intake runners for the mods, with a lifted truck and wide LSA....

i would hope for .5 at least, lots of variables here, like tire size at the track, traction, shift points, and how good the tune is.

WOW that is alot... Depending on what DCR your running, your either going to have to run race gas or very very low timing...

yaw those were 2 things I was worried about considering I usually do uphill sand drags, trickflow talked me into the 225. I hope I don't loose my torque down low! My buddy who does my tuning said he runs 12:1 compression on his trans am on pump gas so hopefully I get lucky!!!!

i dad had a 79 camaro, 350 car, th350, with 2:76 gears, the car was mint, and all original, and stock. It ran 15.98 but averaged around 16.1-16.2, the car was rated at 180 horses i think. Anyways, he added the edelbrock top end kit, heads, cam and intake, threw in some 3:73's, and went 13.1's consistently, i know different cars, different engines, but its the only thing i could think of, new to the trucks, but still same principle

My heads are 225 cc intake runner and I lost nothing down low, only gained. Compression went up from 10.1:1 to 10.6-7:1

prc stage 1 317s.

i dont know how much they dropped et's since it was my first time to the track. Went 14.06 @ 96.6 with those heads, headers, 4.10s/trutrac and a wheatley tune on a stock lq9, stock trans and converter. it's a 2wd ext. cab short bed. I'm pretty sure it would have dropped 1-2 tenths on slicks since i could only launch at half throttle
