A 50k rig? Hell yeah that counts. I have a 99 ECSB 5.3 with 3.90 true trac that only weighs 4400 and me @ 220. The best I could get was a 2.35 60', 10.16 @ 68.90 mph spinning a bit @ 1500-1700. That was 10 passes in 68 degree weather. My 07 RCSB sts turbo started out at 8.90 with 4.10s and 20s. (9.54 with 3.42s) @5.5lbs boost. Do you know how much boost on yours?

Let's hear some excuses....
I ran only 100 shot(stock jets), once or twice at the track(4 or 8 passes max). It had a chance to make 12.9s if everything worked out right but it didn't. I am content with my stock, small converter, 100 shot running 13.4. It shouldn't have had a problem doing lower 13s for sure if you want an "excuse".

No excuses, I am content with the slips I have. Proud of them in fact for what it is.

I think a converter will really wake this truck up and might be why I am so displeased with it's weak 13s. A converter and it should really wake up to 12.5 like I said. If 12.5 aren't in the first 3 passes with a 3200 stall then I think something is wrong with the set up.

As for out running a lightning that is cool to have under your belt but many Hondas out run lightnings. They are junk and slow as donkey crap in winter. Kinda like beating mustangs, it is fun but not too much to brag about. Not trying to be a dick, just bashing lightings because they truly do suck.

Oh ok, so... Wait... What? Hmmm.

You realize both above statements were in the same post right? You sound a bit indecisive.

Are you still running the procharger FMU like before?

First statment is about my teuck. I am more then content with 13.4 on nearly stock and a 100 shot.

The second statment is for the OP. The op needs a converter and should have a respectable slip. Unlike his "embarrassing" slip he currently has.

every tenth in 60ft is 2 tenths in the 1/4. so a 1.9 60ft puts you in the 12s.

Sounds good to me... thanks.

I really didn't think it was that bad of a time. Since another truck with a d1 and a ls6 with headers, stall and a little spray was running 12 flat...
