my times are real if you dont want to believe it then you dont have to but they are true and i have more then enough proof of my runs ....just think how many people here post there times and dont have any proof or they might have a time slip and 1-2 people saying that they saw the run you would believe it then......i have more then that i have several people that seen my truck run ..i have time slips that you can see.... and a video what else could someone do to prove there times???....go look for your self at DTW in the hemi forum on page 9-10

Hey i believe you can lower your ET with launch experience and tire pressure and swaybar removel and these type of things .But to pick up 5MPH in the quarter mile he had to do something to add 40-50HP Most all the other hemis are running 88-90mph

 

Alright, H777. This does not add up if you put a calculator to it. I assume your truck is around 5000 lbs. According to Dodge your "Hemi" puts out 345 fly wheel horsepower. You say your truck is an automatic so you probably have around an 18 % loss in power to the wheels. That puts you at 282 to the rear wheels. If you calculate that, that will give you around a 15.1 quarter. If you do your free mod, "TMR", then you get 40 to 50 rwhp? I calculated it at 322 to the wheels and the quarter to be at a 14.52.
In all these calcualtions I am giving you and Dodge the benefit of a doubt.

Where in the hell do you get the other half a second?
Also, a free mod that gives you 40-50 rwhp is very unreasonable!

 

its called the TMR mod wich is disabling the tork management all you do is pull a wire and tork management is gone it worth 4-5 tenths in the 1/4 mile and 3mph very good mod most people dont know about it but soon they will

h777, the numbers still don't add up? You are missing about 50-60 rwhp to run a low 14!

 

sleeksilverado......my truck is 4750# i took off the spare tire and jack...and i also have a homemade intake thats worth 20hp and a flowmaster exhaust that worth 10-15hp also when i ran the 14.02 the air was very good and my 60ft was 2.01

 

I'm callin BS.Now he is goin to go over to dodgetruck and talk **** about us,and how we dont beleive that he really ran this time.I'm sorry but I have had a dodge and they are right behind ford.They freakin suck big ones.I'm sorry I dont mean to **** 777 off,but its hard to beleive.I out ran a quad cab pretty damn good a few weeks ago,it did not run like they claim they do in my opinion.My buudy has a quad cab also and we raced in the 1/8mile 3 times and I beat him every time.When we raced that was before my 3.90 gears and also before my Westers tuning.Now it would not even be close.
