One way to solve it, hit somebody. If your roasting your tires and anyone is dumb enough to be in front of you or right up on your truck let off the brakes. Avoid completely making a speed bump out of them, maybe a really good nudge & knock them over. Then you can bitch big time to the higher ups, and 50 kids won't be walking around the boxes feeling special anymore.

Nice times...get those 60's down! I think you are going to need a different converter to hit 12's though! Lighter and looser 9.5" converter. Good luck next time out!

 

I've never been able to hook up at SCR myself. Last time i went to the track period in the 04ecsb was at SCR and basically i made 3 passes. 1 on street tires..avoided water dryhopped it and pulled a 2.3-60ft spinning.
tossed on the et streets and went a 2.1-60ft then last run in left lane went a 2.9-60ft spinning throughout all of first and about 50ft sideays in second.
Since then i ahve never returned to race there other than when i first bought the rcsb and it was only running 14's.

 

did you do any weight reduction?? maybe its in your tune??

 

zero weight reduction, and I still had the 22's on the front.
I did weigh the 22's while i had them off the other day. 75 LBS=, so I had 20 extra ponds this time. I'll put the stock tires on the front next time I go.

 

Odd you guys can't hook at SCR, ive run some of my best times in my past cars and trucks out there. I hate going to NPR these days, its a bunch of retards that run the place.
