well im headin to red river raceway fri. night to try and get some new best times. my previous best was 13.98@95.29, this was in full street trim 5100#s in 62 degree weather. now i have an underdrive alt. pulley and crank pulley, and cutouts right after the headers, and i will be doing the following weight reductions: spare tire, tail gate, sub box- 75lbs, tool box- 150lbs. that should be at least 350#s off. the weather should be about the same. i figure the pulleys should be worth a tenth and the cutouts 1-2 tenths. so my predictions are 4wd 13.45@98.00, and if it hooks in 2wd then 13.32@98.80. so what do you guys think, can i do it, and what are some of ya'lls predictions? i really want that fastest n/a 5.3 4wd title. who's the fastest as of now?

Don't know bout the 5.3 N/A 4wd title. But according to the fastest truck list I have the fastest 4wd N/A title right now. 13.78, but Im looking for 12.99 by the end of the year if I can keep a tranny that long

well looks like the weather wont be as good as id like so i might be a couple of tenths slower than what i want.
oh well. i did pull the toolbox out, and my sub box, and the tailgate. and that totalled to about 340#s. that tool box was a heavy ****. i still am taking the spare off so that should put me at about 400#s in weight reduction. that ought to speed her up a bit!
