george im hopin so too man, hopefully ill be employed by tnt racing engines soon since i got a job offering, now i just need a working truck lol...and by the looks of it im starting to get scared. just saw some symptoms on a trans website and it looks like it may have taken out the forward sprags in the trans. i was free revving in drive in 4wheel and no movement...but first and second manually would move it. last night without the d-shaft in she spun in drive but there was no load...honestly starting to **** bricks right about now. so much for a trans thats rated to 600rw -__-

and jonathan yessir it was...ill try to get some more pictures of the carnage today if this weather quits

Yea good luck on the trans.. i dont trust 4L60E's, especially in a truck your goin to beat on all the time.

Might as well save your pennys and get a good posi unit.. ive seen way too many G80's take out trans when they decide to gernade.

jesus george lol...mine went through a 3k mile course and i ended up shearing the torque converter clutch in the converter then she was good as new. and jonathan now that is definitley starting to scare me...everything inside of this thing is sonnax but the fact youve seen multiple g80s take out a trans definitley has me worried now. i mean the driveshaft was locked up so idk if that made somethin in the trans let loose. i think im gonna try moving it in 4wd without the driveshaft in and see if she moves. i really cant afford to fix one thing, let alone 2. mabey its time for a honda

Get some cheap transportation so you can work. Then do it right the first time and not have to compromise because of $$.
