you really need some drag radial or slicks, dont waste your street tires if its going to be worthless anyways... but its good to know where you stand, if it makes you feel better I ran once on my street tires just for the hell of it and ran a 13.4@104, with like a 2.2-2.4 60', that was being really easy on take off and still spinning a little...

go back with some slicks and watch those e/t's drop!

I will be eventually getting slicks, but cant afford to getem before I go back to the track on the 30th but this time I will running atleast a 125 shot, maybe a 150. So are you saying its worthless for me to warm the street tires up? When I ran, I avoided the water box completely, drove around it, did about a 7 second burn and staged.

you did good going around the water box, just spin them a little to clean them off,

I was just saying worthless on trying to get a real base time without spinning, if you are going to spray on those tires, dont spray till after the 60ft, and still pray to get some decent traction!
