Looks like it's defnintely spinning.
I'm no expert at launching in 2wd but I would say you have weight transfer working awesome for you, but it doesn't seem your traction bars are doing a great job of driving the axle into the ground. Maybe that means they need to be tightened up more? No idea haha
I'm sure someone else can chime in who knows for sure. I could be totally off base.

have you tried the top hole on the traction bars? what converter was that again? it looks to be doing it's job. I can see a 1.4 60 with just a hair more traction.
definitely one of my favorite trucks on the site. you're one of the last to stay N/A. I dig it.

I have an old 4-link that I had to make fit the truck with single adjust QA1's.
It looks to be unloading just a little. If I can stop that all would be good.
My converter is a 3600 SS Yank.
I noticed my IAT's were still from 96 to 76 degrees in that 48-52 degree air. I still need some work there. It seems to be heat from the engine compartment.

Check out the book called door slammers. It lays out all of the theories and helps guide you to setting up a 4link suspension. Performance trends built a sweet piece of software. Ased on the book that will basically spit out the answer after you put some measurements in.
