That's why I went with M&H originally, they're the only company that makes a 28" tall DR for a 17" rim, turns out it's an awesome tire. They use the same compound as their slicks for the DR's, they're just kevlar belted and have some tread for the street. I've actually driven mine in the rain several times and with a light foot they were fine. Here's a pic of the 325's on a 17x9 stock R/T rim (not my truck, but same tire/rim):

so you are saying that the 325/45/17 are 28"tall???

can someone send post up a link to where to buy these???

I think I need some of these for some street racing...

check intercotire.com - then M&H tab at top and you're there- they have a dealer locator too

I have the 275-50-17 and I'm happy with them, just wish I could get them 30 or 31" tall.

I love these tires on the street, awesome traction. Even without heating them up I can do a quick roll into the throttle and then floor it and have no problems.

Hey ap you can get these at Discount Tire. The guy there told me he would give me a better deal than any price I could find on the internet or where ever. I am looking at the 325 45 17 got some new wheels.
