Finally got 11's
#1
I made it to the track tonight with the new turbo and finally ran 11's. I went on Saturday and it was 90 degrees out so the best I could pull was a 12.4 on a **** tune. I went tonight and with cool air, a better tune and a fixed boost leak I pulled off an 11.81@112.
I made three passes wich went like this.
11.90@111 Dead rich, 18 degrees of timing and 11.5psi
11.86@111 Good AFR, 18 degrees of timing and 11.5psi
11.81@112 Good AFR, 20 degrees of timing and 11.5psi
I will post up the slips and some videos in the next couple of days. I can't believe the 60e is still holding but I had my fingers crossed.

I'm assuming he has a transbrake since he's buying a 2 step. A 2 step module gives you 2 rev limiters 1 for staging and 2 for top end rev limiter. So once he pre-stages he can start spooling the turbo, then bump into the stage beams, grab the tranny brake button and go to the floor and the 2 step will go to the low rev limiter setting. When the light drops, then he releases the tranny brake button and is already on the floor and the 2 step module switches to the high rev side of the box. Had same setup on my 84 mustang. Hope that wasn't too confusing. LOL.
