tom when you were launching, did you just mash and go or did you stall it at all?
i so badly wanted a 13 second time slip last night, if i would have launched in 4 wheel drive and stalled it i could have got it, i just know it.

I knew that you'd get it once your truck went on a diet and got the tune dialed in better, congrats buddy!

Randy, I thought u did. I just hammered it. IDK if I spun at all, cause u were always next to me. So, w/. no one watching tires, who knows. But I have a fix for that.

I just figured a 5.3 would trap a little higher. Just cuz my truck with the 4.8, tune, headers, 20's, 4.10s, ran 9.4@76. But maybe your just need to get rid of the 3.42s.

It's gotta be those 4.10s.

My dyno guy threw in a hotter tune, he said. Once he did that, it seemed as tho shift points were off. He told me they were, & I felt it. It's like they're delayed. I guess that means I need to bump it up earlier. Like say if hypothetically it's 1-2 shifts @ 37, bump that to 35. Say 2-3 is 52, move that to 50. Or whatever.

Explain John. 42's? What's does that refer to?
I believe mangled was referring to your gears. Congrats on the times! MPH should be good for mid 14's maybe!

If I stay w/. 16"s, the 275/55/16 look interesting. And priced reasonably.

2600 stall. How wide (in inches) of a tire can a stock Silvy wheelwell take?
