guess i am gonna need to figure out the secret in making it hook? right now i have a little tire slip, dunno it could be unloading weight to soon? i think i got rid of the main problem with the lowering spindles? now just gotta get the 4 link dialed back in, to where it actually is working correctly.

pretty much but i also think the suspension being worked on also helped, chris did a great job on the converter thats foresure, i am now able to stall it up to and over 3200 on the launch
so you were launching at 3200 David ?? I have been coming off idle, never tried stalling up. What is the difference in the hit ??

3-3200 was the highest i could go without pushing through the breaks, as for difference i had more tire slippage launching off idle.i think loading up the suspension works better

"Engineers" need to stop dismissing trucks as capable performers.

Congrats skeet! Wish I had traction issues that only allowed me to run 1.52 60'.

What did you get your converter re-stalled to?

dang man, does it even move if you let off the gas in gear? I use to have what was suppose to be a yank 3500 for awhile and I could break stall it to 3600 without the tires spinning, Dave at yank said it was more like a 4000, but I bet it was higher then that.
