Default easiest way to get slicks/skinnies on NBS truck

I want to start getting the truck ready for the track and this is something I defiantly am going to need to have any kind of success at the track. Who's done it? Who's done a write up on it? And who's got some pics?

any pics Quik? I want it to look good while doing this. I like the idea of having the stock wheels widened however I'm not sure they make the tire I want to run in 16" varieties.

hmm, might try to pickup a set of those and have them widened to 10" or 11" and stick with that.

This is the only decent pic I have w/ the drag rim setup:

That's factory Silverado wheels with 275/55-16" M&H's out back, and 215/65-16's up front. With Caltracs, my best short time is a 1.73.

I'm going to have to look at some cal-tracs too, since I installed the posi/4.10s I've really noticed the wheel chatter getting bad now. 1.7x 60' times would be fine for me, doing it on drag radials would be even better.
