Default Decent Night Of Racing

took the truck out once again: The Night wasnt all that bad temps were 77* DA was +800+ truck was running very well, first off wanna thank Quik for the tweaking of the tune this week, working on the timing where it counts. Best time was :

60ft=1.57
1/8ET=7.25
1/8MPH=93.46
1/4ET11.454
1/4MPH=117.74

Went back to back to back 11.4's

she was hooking pretty damn good, with very little slip in the bead

off the trailer she went 11.61 , then 11.51 a couple of times then finally was able to start hooking alittle more after making a few adjustments with the CAI and adjusting the QA1 shocks

i did MPH a 118.09 with a crappy 60 ft 1.62 at 11.51

all in all i'm very pleased with how she ran concidering the conditions

lol you know it becomes crappy when you know what your setup has the potiental of doing, so anything above 1.59 for me is crappy

Nice skeet! Curious, your QA1's are set at what on track? IDK if u have the double adjustables or not, but what's rebound? Comp?
But you're on a slick too.

thanks, yes it is, i really thought the cam wasnt gonna perform as well as i wanted but then again last weekend we had some major head wind, with a crappy over cast, with temps in the low 80s and some kinda high humdity. this weekend showed some progress, we still have a few things in the tune that needs attened to but i was able to figure out a few things that helped, like moving the CAI tube through the square part of the head lamp, getting my lock up where needed, tire pressure, setting the coil overs where they perform the best, and quik working more on the tune.. is there more in it? thats yet to be known but we'll find out lol. the little things is whats making it happen, to bad we're not in the winter months
